Ayrton Senna: The Movie (trailer)

F1 legend Ayrton Senna definitely my favorite F1 driver of all time, die in action during May 1st 1994 but in the hearts of many he lives on, and now Universal is going to make a movie about Senna, can’t wait to see the movie.

D. Neko RPS13 Clutch Fitment

This was actually done some time back. Not much pictures were taken during the clutch changing process for my car as I was busy and rushing to get the car out in time, and I would also like to thank my friends whom help me out Han, Top, T.J, Evan, and Hadi.

I got this set of Exedy Racing Clutch end of last year when I was back in my home town Penang. And finally after having it for almost half a year and I cant take my stock clutch slipping anymore I finally decided its time to change it. It wasn’t really an easy task to change the clutch(well at least for me who still has a lot to learn), and it took seriously more time than expected to get the job done. But anyhow we got the job done perfectly with some trial and errors on the way. The gripping force of the clutch is up to my expectation and clutch feel is much better then what I expected, so all and all its good, now I’m waiting for a track or drift day to try the full potential of the clutch.

And here is a picture of how much damage my blow-off valve is taking, guess I need to find a new location to mount it.

Melbourne Auto Salon Part. 2 JDM

Took me sometime to get this post up as I was really busy for the pass two days. Anyway let get started with part.2 where I focus mainly on JDM cars. There were a lot of JDM cars in the show I think 60-70% of the floor was taken out by Japan imports, this prove the modifications potential and reasonable precises of Japanese cars. But of cause there are some owner who turn their Jap imports into bling out rides, anyway that is for another post I will be focusing on JDM styling cars at this post.

I always have a soft spot for a few old school cars and one of them is the Fairlady Z not all but only the 240Z, as I felt that the later models actually don’t give me that classic and slick feel of a fairlady in fact it looks more like a fatlady. But the launch of the 370Z has capture my eyes as the design is very similar in some ways to the 240Z, is like Nissan created a 21st century of the 240Z, really like the 370Z.

A nicely suite up Charge Speed style Impreza, well don’t think the wide body is actually road worthy but what the hell I always like stand out rides.

Have to pardon this slightly burly pic as I don’t have a proper camera that day and all I used was my Iphone to snap all the pics. One thing I notice bout the auto salon is almost all S2000 there uses the same kit which is the Amuse GT1 kit. I like that kit a lot but once every S200 uses them the kit doesn’t really stand out anymore does it, make it feel like a very common item to have. But what the hell if I ever own a S2000 I would still go with the Amuse kit.

Melbourne Auto Salon Part. 1 Sneak Peak

Just went to the Melbourne Auto Salon today and man I’m feeling tired right now. This is an eye opener for me as I never attended an auto show out of Malaysia before and yes I was definitely enjoying myself there.

There were difference mods culture taking part like JDM style, ADM style, VIP, Bling Bling and so on. Well I’m definitely the JDM style kind of guy but I still admired the others as well the time and effort the owners put into their ride, you can tell how passionate every car lovers are to their cars.

There was also a dyno shootout taking place during the auto show this is definitely the first for me. I have no idea why I’m so tired right now, maybe I was hype up during my visit to the auto salon show. Anyway this is just a sneak peak more pics of the event coming up real soon.

Racism

I don’t usually do this kind of post, I don’t even remember doing such post but recently there is this news in Malaysia where a headmaster Siti Insah actually told Chinese student to go back to China. I grew up in Malaysia I never see any Malay, Chinese or Indian the only thing I see Malaysians. How can people be so uneducated specially for someone who is in education.

The song was done by namewee most Malaysian should know who he is. For those who don’t know he actually got famous writting a song using Malaysia national anthem and got himself into a slight problem but is all fine.

Ken Block’s Gymkhana 3 Part. 1

Finally after such a long wait the Gymkhana 3 video is out, not to say that its bad but its just weird I was hoping for an all out action driving, but instead the Part. 1 is more like a MV. So guess will have to wait to Part. 2 to be release.

A Day At College Part. 2

While chilling during my tea break at college, my mate Han just came out of nowhere and ask us to guess what car is in the parking lot? With my surprice someone decided to drive a Camaro to college today, and yes its the evil twin of Bumblebee in Transformers movie.

This car pack a LS3 engine which its a 6.2L V8 that produces 426bhp(318kw). Well I really wonder what car would turn up next.

Officially Defected

Well what a “wonderful” month I am having first I have house renting issues and now today with a surprise given to my by the “beloved” police force of Victoria. My car is now officially defected

RAAF Museum

Recently me and Joy also made a visit to the RAAF (Royal Australian Air Force) museum which is located in their base at Point Cook. If waking up in the morning looking at engines, guns and smelling petrol is what you like then you should pay a visit to the museum, and the best part the museum is free to enter, well giving a bit of donation would not hurt. By the way to pics above is a Rolls- Royce build aviation engine.

There are a few nice classic planes on display and well the part I like most guns and missiles, even it is not a big museum but I’m actually quite amazed of the amount of stuff displayed.

This is definitely one of my favorite out of the many engines on display is the Clerget Type 7 Rotary Engine, this is a 7 cylinder 80 horsepower rotary engine and is a French made. Just a short history lesson during the early days between 1909 – 1918 rotary types engines are the most common found on fighter planes.

The next thing I like was the suite and gun display,I always like the full army suite with gas mask, I wonder how much a set would cost. There was  also a maintenance workshop right beside the museum which we could go in a have a look as well, too bad during my visit there were no jobs going on in the building so nothing much to see in there.

Overall it was an enjoyable trip to the RAAF museum, if you stayed anyway near to Melbourne I suggest you take a drive there if you like planes and guns you would not be disappointed.
